You're energised by both the business development side, identifying and engaging new IFA firms in your region, and the relationship management side: deepening existing connections, training advisers on the platform and driving consistent referral performance. You understand what motivates IFAs and wealth managers, and you know how to position a proposition that genuinely serves their clients.
