Maintain SOW/CO templates
Enter invoicing milestones in client systems
Set up new team members
Manage team member extensions
Partner with Vynamic team members for approvals
Manage client laptop provisioning
Manage client laptop returns
Review monthly revenue allocation
Review account expense reports
Flag expense outliers
Support Account Lead with sales bonus de-identification
Maintain account onboarding SOPs
Maintain account offboarding SOPs
Manage Account Lead onboarding
Execute account enablement requests
