Must Have
Experience in the banking/financial services sector (issuing, acquiring, bank transfers), Background in Customer Service or Technical Support, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment, AI literacy: Ability to work with and adapt to AI-powered tools (e.g., chatbots, CRM automation, predictive analytics), Familiarity with CRM software, digital productivity tools, and modern support tools, Goal-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent written and verbal communication in both Greek and English, Customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude and the drive to go the extra mile
