What You'll Do.
Act as key point of contact for global
Provide commercial services on daily basis
Support Account Managers on global programs
Deliver high-quality service
Assist in proactive portfolio monitoring
Support Account Management team
Utilise internal systems
Supply monthly reports
Manage small portfolio of clients independently
Support clients in daily contract management
Provide support clients require
Assist sales team with new business opportunities
Attend client meetings
Provide training for clients
Provide training for brokers
Maintain efficient processing of calls
Maintain efficient processing of email enquiries
Coordinate policy issuance
Coordinate tasks with other CGS teams
Adhere to UK compliance legislation
Adhere to Ireland compliance legislation
Adhere to Group compliance rules
