About the Role We are seeking highly motivated Account Managers to serve as trusted guides throughout the customer journey, helping users successfully evaluate, adopt, expand, and renew their use of Altium solutions. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, product adoption, sales, and customer intelligence. Unlike traditional sales roles, Account Managers are measured by customer outcomes, successful migrations, retention, adoption, and the quality of customer insights they capture to improve the overall customer experience. What You'll Do? 🚀 Drive Customer Success * Engage with customers during critical stages of their journey, including evaluation, onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. * Identify and remove obstacles preventing customers from realizing value. * Guide customers toward self-service resources when appropriate while providing expert assistance when needed. 🚀 Support Product Adoption & Migration * Assist customers transitioning from legacy licensing models to Altium Develop. * Educate customers on the value and capabilities of modern cloud-connected workflows. * Drive successful onboarding and activation of new workspaces. * Identify trends, recurring friction points, and opportunities for product improvement. * Provide actionable feedback to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams. 🚀 Drive Business Outcomes * Improve customer retention and renewal rates. * Increase migration success from legacy products to Altium Develop. * Identify opportunities for additional capacity, expansion, and product adoption. * Help customers navigate purchasing decisions while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach. ## Qualifications * 0-1 year of experience in customer facing role * Proactiveness and eagerness to grow and build business relationships * Languages: - (Must-have) German, Level: Native - (Must-have) English, Level: Fluent, min. B2+ - (Nice-to-have) Italian, French, Spanish, Nordics (One or more), Level: Fluent Y
