What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years in account management at a SaaS, technology, or subscription business, with a track record of growing and retaining client relationships, Proven ability to close expansion deals or drive renewals at the executive level, communicator with a bias for ownership, follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration, CRM experience, willingness to travel and present to clients as needed

Nice to Have

Familiarity with private capital or broader financial services markets, preferably investment banking

Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of mid-market private capital and investment banking accounts

with a focus on retention and expansion of Intapp solutions

Build and deepen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms

Develop and execute strategic account plans that convert opportunity into measurable growth

Lead quarterly business reviews and client check-ins to align on outcomes and priorities

Monitor client health and act proactively to resolve friction
