What You'll Do.

Identify and pursue target clients, with a focus on: Global tech giants, Industry leaders in AI, smart manufacturing, biotech, new energy, cloud computing, professional services, investment firms, and industry ecosystem partners., Develop and execute sales plans to meet sponsorship and booth sales targets., Identify, develop, and manage a portfolio of 10–20 key accounts., Lead complex negotiations for premium sponsorship packages, customized partnership programs, and multi-year commitments., Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of contractual rights (speaking slots, exhibition space, branding, VIP networking, etc.

) and high satisfaction., Deeply understand each key account's business goals and propose value-added collaborations beyond standard packages (e.

, exclusive side events, white papers, CEO roundtables)., Work closely with content, marketing, and operations teams to ensure key account commitments are fulfilled at the highest quality.
