4-5+ years of solid experience in advertising, marketing, or related industries, Proven expertise in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), as well as ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) campaigns, Ability to assist the team in deconstructing client briefs and synthesizing relevant data, Skilled at interpreting client feedback and identifying core issues, Capable of direct client-facing communication, Proficient in independent deck development and lead pitching, logical thinking and organizational skills, Proven ability to oversee execution processes and maintain rigorous quality control, Ensures high-quality, end-to-end project delivery, Expertise in communicating across departments and with external vendors, Ability to synthesize diverse perspectives and feedback into actionable priorities, Skilled at stakeholder management, Analytical mindset, High resilience, exceptional interpersonal skills

**Job Description:** 1.專業經驗 (Professional Experience) 具備 4 至 5 年以上廣告、行銷或相關行業的紮實經驗,並在整合行銷通訊 (IMC)、線上 (ATL) 及線下 (BTL) 廣告活動方面擁有實質經驗與知識。具食品或FMCG相關產業經驗更佳。 2.策略提案與簡報 (Strategic Pitching & Presentation) 協助團隊解析客戶需求及相關資料彙整,瞭解及解析客戶反饋與問題,可直接面對客戶溝通,並協助內部團隊精準瞭解客戶需求的判斷力。具備可獨立撰寫提案簡報及提案的能力。 3.專案領導力 (Project Leadership) 具邏輯思考與組織能力;能監督執行過程,並專業控管專案執行品質與狀態,確保專案從起點到終點的高品質交付。 4.跨部門協作 (Cross-functional Collaboration) 需可跨部門、廠商溝通,有效整合多方想法及反饋並總結重點,讓任務精準往下發展,並可精準掌控各方人員思維在同一陣線上,順利往客戶需求發展。 5.數據與市場洞察 (Data & Market Insight) 具備分析思維,敏銳觀察消費者行為、市場趨勢及競爭對手動態,能將數據轉化為可執行的洞察。 6.抗壓性與成長心態 (Resilience & Growth Mindset) 具備高度抗壓性與優秀的人際交往能力,協助團隊客戶關係維護及跨團隊合作溝通理性順暢。積極主動及樂於接受挑戰,並保持客觀開放溝通、持續學習、接收不同意見的心態。 **1\.
