Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead the full post-sale customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through adoption, renewal, and expansion across enterprise utility accounts. Act as a trusted strategic advisor to customers, embedding advanced digital twin technology into operational workflows such as grid analysis, risk assessment, and investment planning. Translate complex AI and physics-based model outputs into clear, actionable insights that support executive and operational decision-making. Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across utility organizations. Partner closely with sales, deployment, and product teams to align customer needs with product roadmap evolution and feature prioritization. Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve adoption, satisfaction, and net revenue retention. Serve as the voice of regional customers, feeding market insights back into internal teams to improve product fit and customer success outcomes. Requirements: 5–10+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Consulting, or similar client-facing enterprise roles. Background in utilities, energy, infrastructure, engineering SaaS, or similarly technical industries is highly preferred. Strong ability to engage with both technical stakeholders (engineers, analysts) and senior executives, translating between technical and business language. Fluent in Romanian with strong professional English communication skills. Experience working with data-driven platforms, technical products, or enterprise software solutions. Strong relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills in complex enterprise environments. Ability to travel as needed (approximately 20–40%) for customer engagement and relationship building.
