What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years experience in account management, Professional Hair Care experience required, Fluency in Spanish or Italian, Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural sensitivity, Experience in managing complexity in a fast-paced environment, Experience in managing a business with P&L accountability, Proven to be effective and efficient in managing multiple stakeholders to deliver sales and growth
Nice to Have
BScA Hons degree or equivalent - 2: 1 or better
What You'll Do.
Ensure sales targets are met within the market
Execute Olaplex professional sales strategy
Build and maintain key relationships with distributors
partners and colleagues
Act as a trusted advocate for the company's distribution customers and for distributor customers in Spain
Deliver best-in-class service and relationship building with customer principals
sales and education teams
Build credible and collaborative working relationships with internal cross-functional/cross-channel colleagues
execute and track joint business plans
Communicate consistently with salon distributor partners
Regularly report on overall market activities and conditions as well as sales data and activities of customers
Personally conduct strategy meetings and sales trainings both virtually and in person
manage and ensure the accuracy of budgets and forecasts
