Must Have
5+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within fintech or financial services, Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, Demonstrated ability to achieve upselling and cross-selling targets, negotiation and contract management skills, Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute account plans, A client-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to client satisfaction, collaboration skills — able to work effectively across internal teams, Fluency in German and English

Identify and capitalise on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the Evooq product ecosystem
Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives

Manage contract negotiations
and ensure the proper execution of all contractual aspects
Oversee account receivables and ensure timely payments
Maximise client utilisation of Evooq products and services — providing guidance and best practices to ensure clients gain full value from their investment
