4+ years of proven account management/sales role, Superior verbal and written communication skills in English

Selling a technical product, Start-up & Fintech experience, High education (bachelor’s degree or other), Experience with Salesforce

What You'll Do.

Build relationships with existing customers

Ensure customers are utilizing tools and support to achieve goals

Act as a bridge between the customer and the Airwallex team

Design the Account Management function

Own the strategic roadmap for customer retention and expansion

Build a world-class post-sales engine

Design & Build the DACH Post-Sales/Account Management Function

Develop customer tiering models

Develop onboarding frameworks

Develop expansion playbooks

Be an advocate for Airwallex

Ensure customer base are utilising their investment in Airwallex

Own and develop a portfolio of accounts

Create strategic account plans to expand Airwallex adoption

Be an advocate for your customer

Guide customers in maximizing the value of Airwallex products

Provide insights into customer markets

Advise on strategies to drive growth
