4+ years in account management or sales, ideally in performance marketing, lead gen, or insurance, Comfortable owning a revenue number and managing a high-volume book, grasp of conversion rate, CPA/COA, and ROI, Ability to turn data into clear actions and recommendations, Confident communicator on pricing, expectations, and results, Comfortable picking up the phone and leading not an email-only role, Experience managing multiple campaigns within an account
