ABOUT YOU As an Account Manager, Programmatic, you will support the execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns within our retail vertical. You’ll work closely with Account Leads, Coordinators, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work, drive performance, and ensure strong client satisfaction. You bring a mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. While DEPT® is a remote-first company, this role requires candidates to be located in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver client-first recommendations and programmatic best practices. Manage day-to-day campaign execution, optimizations, pacing, and reporting. Support the development and presentation of programmatic strategy to improve client performance. Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updates. Identify performance trends, troubleshoot issues, and apply data-driven insights. Provide guidance and mentorship to Coordinators, helping them grow in their roles. Contribute to a positive team culture by demonstrating our core values.
