## Description This is an inside sales role (90%) focused on growing revenue through existing client relationships by selling staffing and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) solutions. The role is consultative, requiring the ability to identify client needs, present solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to close, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
