Must Have
Bachelor's Degree (Science, engineering, or other technical degree), Several years of industry experience (pulp and paper or water treatment preferred), Experience selling chemicals in the pulp and paper industry or other significant paper industry experience, Drive for results and continuous improvement of safety and chemical programs, Experience working with multi levels in an organization to achieve results, Good communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills, Ability to document and present product and service value to the customer, Ability to build and maintain client relationships, Analytical ability and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office ability (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Nice to Have
Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree
