What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or related technology sectors, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive, quota-driven environment, Demonstrated ability to develop and execute territory and account strategies, Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, service, and technical teams, Able to convey technical, clinical, and commercial information clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet and database management, Safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid motor vehicle license, Fluent in French and proficiency in English is required

Nice to Have

Experience conducting product demonstrations, installations, or technical/clinical trainings, Previous experience supporting physicians, clinicians, or healthcare professionals (MDs and ODs), Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales reporting, Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills, The demonstration of product can require weekend work and frequent traveling

Generation of new business profits and loss (P&L) in a specific territory

Committing to an annual sales plan

Writing specific objectives

Forecasting orders and expected revenue on a monthly basis

Representing the company in keeping with the highest standards of business ethics and professionalism

Adopting a “hunter” mindset to identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers
