Must Have

3+ years of software sales experience, Documented consistent success driving revenue growth, Exceeding targets across existing customer base, Meet and exceed all monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, Own the sales cycle

Nice to Have

BAS degree, Human Capital Management sales experience, HRIS sales experience, Compensation sales experience, Talent management sales experience, Benefit technologies sales experience, Knowledge of territory/accounts assigned, Experience selling at the "C" level, Experience selling to CHROs, Experience selling to other HR persona

Own all commercial activity

Generate business opportunities

Drive brand awareness

Drive lead generation

Meet monthly sales quotas

Exceed monthly sales quotas

Meet quarterly sales quotas

Exceed quarterly sales quotas

Meet annual sales quotas

Exceed annual sales quotas

Collaborate with Customer Success Team

Gain deep understanding of client adoption

Gain deep understanding of client engagement

Develop territory business plan
