In this role, you’ll act as a strategic consultant for our restaurant partners, using data-driven insights and industry knowledge to lead their growth and manage brand relationships across the Italian market. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Strategic Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as a primary point of contact for the network in your region. - Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance metrics, sharing data-led insights with partners to identify growth opportunities and improve satisfaction. - Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company goals, improving financial performance and our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP). - Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty, impacting both absolute performance and relative financial metrics. - P&L
