About the Role Account Management - Brand Specialist Intern As a Brand Specialist Intern, you will be part of the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Team within Retail Business Services, gaining a unique opportunity to learn how Amazon shapes and delivers strategies for managing AVS vendors. This internship is designed to give you real, hands-on exposure to one of the most dynamic retail environments in the world. We are looking for a bright, customer-centric, driven, and creative intern to join our team. Throughout your stint, you will work alongside experienced Account Managers, shadowing them as they interface with leaders from our Retail and Vendor Services teams. This exposure will help you build a solid understanding of how vendor relationships are managed end-to-end at Amazon. You will get hands-on experience across major functional areas such as site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing. Using a wide range of tools and data analytics, you will support the team in driving the performance of strategic vendor partners. You will also get involved in the operational side of customer relationships with vendors, helping to identify issues, analyze data, and contribute to impactful solutions.
