Get to Know the Role As part of the GrabAds Thailand team, you will manage a portfolio of GrabAds campaigns, working with leading advertisers directly and media agencies. You will collaborate with your team and aim to meet quarterly performance targets. You will work with the Ad Ops team, Key Account Manager, Demand Planning and Marketing team to achieve campaign KPIs, recommend optimized campaign flows, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling GrabAds solutions. Your goal is to grow your portfolio by building long-term client relationships and providing a positive customer experience. You will report to Manager, Account Management (GrabAds), on site working base in Bangkok office. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform * Manage a portfolio and revenue of accounts to hit the team sales target. * Be the main contact for clients to provide professional consultation and to coordinate on day-today basis for campaign implementation * Submit campaign bookings to the Ad Ops team to launch campaigns within the timelin
