Must Have

3+ years of account manager or key account manager experience in the e-commerce or delivery platform for well-known advertisers, Proven track record in client relationship management and new business development., Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with ability to transmit across different level team members, Deep-understanding about the digital media and know the latest digital advertising trends., Understanding of the ecosystem of programmatic advertising / Biddable and Search., Analytical for data-based decisions., Consultation to clients for the next move, Proficiency in Google Workspace such as Google Sheet (THE MUST), Google Word and Google Slide, Fluent in Thai and English skills

What You'll Do.

Manage a portfolio of GrabAds campaigns

Manage a portfolio and revenue of accounts to hit the team sales target.

Be the main contact for clients to provide professional consultation and to coordinate on day-to-day basis for campaign implementation

Submit campaign bookings to the Ad Ops team to launch campaigns within the timeline.

Track main campaign metrics and ensure campaign goals are met

Prepare Monthly / Quarterly / JBP Business Review report for main accounts

Work with the finance team to ensure we get all documents from clients for the billing process

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with your team and aim to meet quarterly performance targets.; Work with the Ad Ops team, Key Account Manager, Demand Planning and Marketing team to achieve campaign KPIs, recommend optimized campaign flows, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling GrabAds solutions.; Work closely with Key Account Manager and Demand Planning team to ensure achieving GMV growth on your responsible advertisers; Collaborate with Ad Ops team to analyze campaign performance, provide recommendations to clients and secure campaigns renewal

Communication Scope

Fluent in Thai and English skills; Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with ability to transmit across different level team members

Your goal is to grow your portfolio by building long-term client relationships and providing a positive customer experience. You will report to Manager, Account Management (GrabAds), on site working base in Bangkok office.
