Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling. **Job Responsibilities:** **Position Overview** The Account Manager - GM owns strategic customer relationships and profitable growth for the Mechatronics and Mirrors product groups. This role serves as the commercial lead for key accounts across the United States and coordinates closely with global counterparts to support customers headquartered in North America and Europe. The Account Manager- GM drives new business acquisitions and change management, leads pricing and commercial negotiations, and ensures alignment to Magna strategy while operating in compliance with regional commercial practices and applicable federal and state regulations. **General** * Lead quoting strategy and commercial negotiations for new business awards and major changes to existing business. * Partner with plant sales teams on day-to-day customer support while maintaining pricing discipline, commercial terms, and payment conditions. * Build and maintain the sales pipeline in the Sales Database and provide timely updates to Group Office and leadership per established cadence and guidelines
