What You'll Do.
Provide sales representation and account management to assigned accounts
build and enhance relations with major account buying team
Responsible for Sales Call Planning & Execution
Provide timely information and communication with internal departments regarding sales call materials
and implement Promotional & Marketing Plans with accounts
Prepare and propose annual sales budget for assigned accounts
Prepare for Monthly Business Review Meetings focused on financial performance of the accounts.
Develop gap closure plans to achieve quarterly/yearly sales objectives
On-going development and monitoring of key account business plans
and analyze account data
including profitability
Prepare for Monthly Sales & Commercialization Meetings focused on promotional and marketing plans for assigned accounts
and implement long-term account strategies and objectives
Attend key trade shows - as needed
Attend and participate in retail sponsored events as applicable
Act as the key contact for all internal departments regarding all issues pertaining to assigned accounts.
Prepare and send call reports within 48 hours of sales call
Maintain an effective knowledge of external market factors including competitive information to make educated account decisions and product recommendations
Set-up regular meetings with assigned accounts involving travelling to their offices or Kids2 offices
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as the key contact for all internal departments regarding all issues pertaining to assigned accounts. These departments include product development, marketing, customer service & finance
Communication Scope
Native German speaker with fluency in English (written & spoken)
