What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day activity of assigned accounts
Manage all aspects of customer accounts
Perform periodic bill reviews
Address billing inquiries or issues
Participate in planning telecommunication projects
Execute telecommunication projects
Follow up on telecommunication projects
Carry out complex projects
Analyze data to make recommendations
Improve customer experience
Communicate directly with customers
Respond promptly to customer trouble reports
Respond promptly to escalations
Handle customer complaints
Resolve customer complaints
Direct requests to designated resource
Escalate unresolved issues internally
Manage customer accounts regarding billing
Manage customer accounts regarding financial concerns
Keep records of customer interactions
Keep records of customer transactions
Record details of inquiries
