As an Account Manager at exmox, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our partners in the mobile gaming space. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry, ad tech landscape, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account management. In this role you will: Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, fostering long-term loyalty through high-touch relationship management. Growth & Revenue Optimization: Design and execute account strategies to scale revenue, proactively identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV). Data-Driven Insights: Monitor complex KPIs and synthesize raw data into actionable insights and professional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Product Voice & Advocacy: Bridge the gap between commercial teams and Product by translating partner feedback into prioritized roadmap requirements and revenue-driving features. Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as an internal advocate to streamline workflows and resolve challenges by collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Support teams. Performance Benchmarking: Ensure partner performance consistently aligns with both client busines
