Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Natural Sciences, Materials Science, or a related field (experience in microscopy is an advantage), or a comparable vocational qualification, Proven track record in direct sales and business development, preferably in a related industry, interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at multiple levels within customer organisations, Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, Willingness to travel to meet customers and prospective clients (~60–80%), Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

What You'll Do.
increasing and further developing direct sales within your assigned region and customer base
with the objective of driving revenue and profit growth
Take ownership of sales activities for microscopes and microscopy products across the cantons of Aargau and the Zurich region
Ensure accurate and timely reporting
as well as ongoing data maintenance
in the CRM system (SFDC)
Develop effective sales strategies and adapt solutions flexibly to address specific customer requirements
Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities
including potential new markets
to drive sustainable revenue growth
