What You'll Do.
Lead customer negotiations
maximizing NSV and CMA
Develop and execute Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Ensure efficient use of company resources
Build and maintain customer relationships
Seek and establish new business
Liaise with internal stakeholders
Deliver annual NSV and CMA targets
Provide category/SKU-level inputs to demand planning
Deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales performance reporting
Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBP)
Run tactical customer marketing programs
Set pricing and manage grow distribution
Ensure product range complies with local regulations
Coordinate order execution
Conduct market research
Scout/select distributors
