This position is for an existing vacancy. Roofr is looking for an Account Manager to join our high-performing, collaborative, and customer-obsessed Account Management team. In this role, you will manage a large portfolio of customer accounts and own the expansion revenue within your book of business. You will proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and deeper product adoption while ensuring customers achieve meaningful outcomes using Roofr. This is a highly strategic and commercially focused role. You will operate as both a trusted advisor to customers and a revenue driver for the business, identifying growth opportunities, running expansion sales motions, and helping customers unlock the full value of Roofr’s platform. You’ll have the opportunity to manage a large portfolio of accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring customer retention, and playing a key role in guiding both our sales assisted and self-serve customers through their journey with our solutions.
