What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience*, Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience*, Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience*, Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
What You'll Do.
Driving growth and adoption across the Endoscopy product portfolio
Partnering with clinicians and hospital stakeholders
Providing clinical and technical expertise
Supporting product evaluations and launches
Delivering education and training
Collaborating with sales and marketing to execute regional strategies
Promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
Promoting and establishing education of the company's products and/or services.
Conducting market research including customers and competitors activities.
Implementing market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
Communicating customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D
