You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. # **A Day in the Life** Account Manager, Endoscopy, GTA and Eastern Ontario Responsible for driving growth and adoption across the innovative **Endoscopy** product portfolio by partnering with clinicians and hospital stakeholders across the well-established and prime **GTA to Ottawa geographies**. This role provides clinical and technical expertise, supports product evaluations and launches, delivers education and training, and collaborates closely with sales and marketing to execute regional strategies and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. * Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. * Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals. * Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services. * Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services. * Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities. * Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed. * Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing. * Travel: this role requires continual in-field travel to various parts of the territory at various intervals, requiring sporadic overnight travel. Overnight travel is sometimes required for conferences, customer engagements, case coverage or otherwise. **Salary Range: $85
