What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7-8 years of experience in account management, merchant servicing, or channel farming roles, Working knowledge of EMI structures, issuing bank dynamics, and Brand partner schemes, Understanding of retail operations, sell-out management, and what drives transaction frequency at the merchant's POS, relationship-building skills, Structured and disciplined, Proactive problem-solver, High energy and field-ready

Nice to Have

Prior exposure to EMI products, Brand schemes, or POS ecosystems is a advantage

What You'll Do.

Identify under-performing accounts

Execute recovery plans

Drive merchant participation in EMI schemes

Ensure EMI is enabled across POS

Coordinate in-store visibility

Monitor merchant health metrics

Identify churn-risk merchants

Maintain prioritized engagement list

Build day-to-day relationships

Act as merchant's primary point of contact

Conduct structured monthly merchant reviews

Conduct regular field visits

Capture and report merchant friction points

Escalate recurring patterns

Support Hunting Team with leads

Maintain accurate CRM records

Provide weekly GTV forecast

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

In close collaboration with ecosystem partners; Coordinate with internal team’s action; Support Hunting Team with leads

Communication Scope

Scheme proposal emails; Activation follow-up messages; Escalation summaries
