We are seeking an Account Manager based in India to oversee a $5M+ Book of Business  composed of EMEA customers. In this role, you will: Collaborate with Renewal Specialists and CSM teams to drive Net ARR expansions, upsells, and ensure timely renewals. Drive adoption of JumpCloud’s solutions within existing accounts, identifying opportunities for further growth. Proven track record of driving renewals and expansions in a high-growth environment. Revenue/Quota attainment role. Cover EMEA working hours. Fully remote  If you have a strong background in SaaS sales, a proven ability to exceed targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you! ## Key Responsibilities Account Management & Growth Own a $5M+ BoB for EMEA-based customers, focusing on renewals, expansions, and upsells. Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities within your portfolio. Consistently meet or exceed Net ARR and related revenue targets. KPI Ownership & Strategic Planning Primary KPIs: Driving Net ARR, renewals, expansion revenue, and adoption metrics. Retaining existing ARR, highlighting & diffusing accounts at risk. Develop targeted account strategies to drive product usage and uncover upsell/expansion opportunities. Accurately forecast your pipeline and maintain consistent reporting on key metrics.
