What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3–6 years’ experience in asset management, institutional client servicing, consultant relations, OCIO, or a related financial services role, Familiarity with institutional investment products and solutions, Understanding of the OCIO and investment consultant landscape, Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related professional qualifications

Nice to Have

Experience supporting global or cross-border client relationships, CFA or progress toward CFA

What You'll Do.

coordination and development of relationships with global Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) clients and their associated consultant partners

ensuring high‑quality account management

operational coordination and client support across a portfolio of global OCIO relationships

delivering a consistent

professional client experience

supporting the firm’s global consultant and OCIO engagement strategy

Act as a primary point of contact for day‑to‑day servicing needs across assigned Global OCIO accounts

Coordinate responses to OCIO and consultant requests

Support the preparation and delivery of client and consultant meetings

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date account information

interaction records and pipeline activity within CRM and internal systems

Liaise with internal stakeholders

Assist with monitoring OCIO and consultant trends

mandates and governance developments relevant to global accounts

Support senior team members with account planning

relationship mapping and strategic initiatives across the Global OCIO channel

Ensure all activities are conducted in line with internal policies

regulatory requirements and compliance standards

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Working closely with the Global Consultant Relations Team; Liaise with internal stakeholders (investment teams, client reporting, operations, legal and compliance); Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across regions, cultures and functions
