Must Have
2–4 years of experience in SaaS or software sales or account management, Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, Experience engaging mid-level stakeholders, Solid negotiation and closing skills, Ability to manage a high-volume account portfolio, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
Experience with AI-powered revenue effectiveness platform

Drive growth across mid-market customer accounts
Own the full customer lifecycle
Identify new revenue opportunities
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Identify and execute upsell
and expansion opportunities
Manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
Develop and maintain account plans for key customers
Engage stakeholders to demonstrate platform value
Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting
and Solutions Engineers
Negotiate and close renewals and expansions
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers
Promote best practices and product adoption
Track and report on market trends
