Must Have
2–4 years of experience in a SaaS or software sales or account management role, Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, Experience engaging mid-level stakeholders (Directors, VPs), Solid negotiation and closing skills, Ability to manage a high-volume account portfolio with organizational skills

Knowledge of AI-powered revenue effectiveness
What You'll Do.
Drive growth across a portfolio of mid-market customer accounts
Own the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding through renewal and expansion
Identify new revenue opportunities within your book of business
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Identify and execute upsell
and expansion opportunities
Manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
Develop and maintain account plans for key customers
Engage the right stakeholders to demonstrate the value of the Showpad platform
Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and reporting
Negotiate and close renewals and expansions
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers
promoting best practices and product adoption
Track and report on market trends
and competitive activity
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with BDRs, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineers to support the sales cycle; Collaborative mindset — comfortable working cross-functionally with CS, presales, and product teams
