Full Job Description
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth? In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to do just that while working closely with a dedicated team and making a real impact! The role is all about building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with clients, making sure they feel supported and valued. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions that ensure projects run smoothly. Along the way, you'll help grow the business by expanding existing accounts, securing new contracts, and hitting sales targets. Regular communication with key stakeholders will be a key part of your day-to-day. You'll also have the chance to promote the Robin Radar brand at industry events, helping to raise visibility in key sectors. You report to the Head of the respective segment. RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with worldwide clients, turning them into loyal Robin Radar ambassadors. - Listen to existing accounts' needs and anticipate internally and externally on all required actions. - Follow up on enquiries for existing customers and future clients with support from the tender, technical sales, and radar specialist teams. - Translate customer wishes into realistic and compelling solutions; negotiate and close. - Generate sales by growing current business and closing new and renewal contracts. - Establish account plans and execute them. - Support pipeline growth and drive opportunities through in-person and virtual meetings. - Manage new leads and tenders in close alignment with your direct supervisor. - Reach and exceed targets. - Liaise internally with all relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. - Represent Robin Radar at exhibitions and conferences, actively promoting the brand in the civil aviation segment.
