What They're Looking For.

Must Have

BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Engineering, Business or related field, Knowledge of 3D Design software: Autodesk Fusion and/or Inventor, SolidWorks or other competitive products, Understanding of the US post-secondary education system, Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with education customers and industry partners, Confident at presenting and discussing industry workflows and practices as well as their application in the academic environment, Proven ability to influence others and drive results in a highly matrix organization with a collaborative approach, Ability to build rapport with a wide variety of internal and external constituents, Ability to use multiple presentation tools and techniques, adapting/fitting them to audience and topic, Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain issues in a clear, concise, and logical manner, Capacity to work independently and as part of a geographically distributed group

Nice to Have

5+ years of account management or business development experience, Proven track-record in managing and expanding key accounts, Influencing skills to start conversations and relationships, Previous experience using Salesforce or other CRM tool

What You'll Do.

Maintain and manage regular customer engagement and coordination

Pilot experiments and inform the team of the

Lead initiatives that could be applied to all

Support Education team efforts in development and delivery

Coordinate and contribute to customer QBRs

Contribute to business reviews with internal sponsors

Document and route customer requests

Ensure all requests are properly managed

Work with Named Accounts team

Contribute to collaborative team success

Initiate and maintain collaborative relationships with key education

Leverage team technical expertise and partners in appropriate

Drive adoption of technology solutions in the classroom

Equip students with requisite skills for industry success
