Estamos buscando un/a **Account Manager** para sumarse al equipo de Customer Experience de una empresa SaaS internacional en crecimiento. La persona seleccionada será responsable de gestionar una cartera de clientes B2B existentes, construir relaciones de largo plazo, aumentar la satisfacción, detectar oportunidades de mejora y contribuir a la retención y expansión de cuentas. Buscamos a alguien con fuerte orientación al cliente, habilidades analíticas, capacidad consultiva y experiencia gestionando relaciones comerciales en entornos B2B. Esta posición requiere disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida en **CDMX, zona Polanco, 2 veces por semana**. ### **Responsabilidades** * Gestionar una cartera de clientes B2B existentes, construyendo relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo. * Realizar videollamadas recurrentes con clientes para entender sus necesidades, brindar seguimiento y compartir actualizaciones relevantes del producto. * Actuar como punto de referencia para los clientes en temas relacionados con su experiencia, satisfacción y uso de la plataforma. * Identificar oportunidades de upselling para aportar más valor a los clientes y contribuir al crecimiento de ingresos. * Analizar proactivamente la cartera asignada, definir planes de acción por cuenta y tomar decisiones basadas en datos. * Detectar riesgos de churn y trabajar en estrategias de retención. * Identificar tendencias, necesidades recurrentes, oportunidades de mejora y posibles puntos débiles en el recorrido del cliente. * Colaborar de forma transversal con equipos de Ventas, Customer Experience, Producto, Ingeniería y Finanzas para mejorar la experiencia del cliente y alcanzar objetivos de negocio. * Reportar insights relevantes que puedan contribuir a la mejora del producto, procesos internos y estrategia comercial. **Requirements** * Experiencia mínima de 1 año gestionando carteras de clientes B2B. * Experiencia en retención de clientes y manejo de casos de churn. * Experiencia identificando o
