What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Solid experience in account management, partnership management, or a similar partner-facing role, relationship-building skills, fluency in both Polish and English, Commercially aware, comfortable working in sales-driven environments, analytical skills, Well-structured, detail-oriented, proactive in managing partner relationships and priorities, collaborative, hands-on approach
Nice to Have
Experience working with performance metrics, marketing solutions, or growth initiatives, familiarity with tools like Looker or Power BI, Experience with CRM systems, genuine passion for food and developing the best restaurants in town

Supporting partners in leveraging marketing and growth solutions to help maximize their business potential on the platform
Working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns together with restaurant partners
Preparing regular business reviews (monthly and quarterly)
