What They're Looking For.
Must Have
HS Diploma or equivalent, Valid Driver’s License, 3-5 years’ experience in a customer support role or inside sales position within the construction supply industry or similar business, Intermediate to advanced computer skills, Ability to learn new systems, Proficient with Microsoft word, Proficient with Microsoft excel, Proficient with Powerpoint, Learn and become proficient with BlueBeam within the 1st 90 days, Exceptional math skills, Ability to estimate, price and prepare scope proposals, Exposure to blueprint reading, Acceptable MVR report
Nice to Have
Degree preferred, Experience selling in an Account Manager environment, Demonstrated success working with customers, Experience with inventory sales, College degree is preferred
What You'll Do.
Build relationships and develop plans to increase sales
Generate viable sales leads and prospects
Contact assigned and prospective accounts
Develop and execute profitable business plans
Attain assigned sales quota
Resolve customer and service related issues

Submit sales administration reports
