Must Have
3–5 years of experience in label management, music distribution, or product management, Firm grasp of music publishing, copyright law, and how metadata/royalties flow through the digital ecosystem, Capable of converting streaming and social data into practical release strategies, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain trust among artists, managers, and corporate stakeholders, Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing project budgets and complex timelines under pressure, Exemplary knowledge of digital media and an understanding of how it influences and moves popular culture, Emotional intelligence necessary to maintain strong, high-trust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external label clients, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Deep passion for (and experience in) the Latin and Mexican music market, Understanding of DSP backend platforms (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, etc.), Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in the music or entertainment industry
What You'll Do.
Serve as the central hub between TuStreams labels
and internal WMG global teams
Lead the 'Tower of Control' for daily operations
triaging and resolving high-priority issues related to content delivery and platform logistics
Collaborate with Royalties and Business Affairs to investigate payment discrepancies and resolve copyright/ownership disputes
Continuously refine internal processes to reduce friction between creative partners and backend operational teams
Lead set-up meetings for key releases
advising on optimal single/album rollout schedules and 'best practices' for DSPs
Analyze sales and streaming data to identify trends
converting raw metrics into actionable strategies for future growth
Stay ahead of emerging trends in music consumption and educate partners on new tools and methods to maximize their digital footprint
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
