About Trivelta At Trivelta, we build the technology that powers modern iGaming experiences. We partner with online sports betting and casino operators to launch fully customized, legally compliant platforms that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. Our proprietary sportsbook and casino engine enables real social interactions, predictive gameplay, and casino entertainment in one unified experience. The Role We are looking for an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with existing iGaming partners after deal closure. This role is not sales-hunter focused: it’s about retention, expansion, and long-term success of our clients. You will act as the main commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring partners get value from the platform, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying upsell or expansion opportunities over time. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and works closely with Sales, Product, and Tech. What you will do Own the day-to-day relationship with existing iGaming operator partners Act as the primary commercial contact post-signature Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account success Understand each client’s business goals and align Trivelta’s platform accordingly Coordinate with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to address client needs Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities Track account health, renewals, and contract milestones Support renewals and commercial renegotiations when needed Prepare account reviews, reports, and performance updates Represent Trivelta in client meetings and selected industry events Requirements Based in Barcelona or open to relocate (hybrid model) Fluent in English Any additional European language is a strong plus (Spanish, Italian, French,…) 2–4+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or Customer Success Manager Experience working with B2B clients (SaaS, platforms, or tech preferred) Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultan
