Matric, Valid drivers’ licence and own reliable transport, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, Commercial acumen with ability to spot opportunities and upsell, Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability, Structured and proactive in managing client communications, Computer skills and the ability to work with IT software programs, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Must have a wealth of initiative, Must have good business skills, Must have good negotiation skills, Must be result-orientated, Must have the ability to identify opportunities, Excellent people skills, Good time management skills and willingness to work to meet sales targets, Must have mobility/own transport as the position requires extensive client visits, Excellent telephone skills required for cold calling and support calls, Positive outlook on life, work and other people, Passionate about sales and working with people, Able to prioritise work and deliver to deadlines, Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
Nice to Have
Sales/Estate Agency qualification would be advantageous
What You'll Do.
Own and manage an assigned portfolio of clients
building long-term relationships
Regularly engage with clients via calls
and meetings to maintain satisfaction
Resolve client issues swiftly
coordinating with internal teams when necessary
Sales by identifying gaps
and opportunities within accounts
Actively upsell additional features and drive adoption of under-utilized services
Track account health metrics and proactively address risks to retention
Provide client feedback to product and training teams for continuous improvement
Key account management in conjunction with the assigned sales team member
