What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree required, Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in marketing and account/client services support or pharmaceutical marketing/sales and/or project management, Specific industry and/or therapeutic expertise is required, understanding of digital strategy and tactics, specifically in pharmaceutical marketing

Nice to Have

History of successful management of more than 1 million dollars of fee/year (preferred), Experience in both professional and consumer tactics preferred, Experience leading the following activities: advertising initiatives- print or digital, websites, emails, banner ads, video production, media placement, brand planning, sales rep materials, branding, creative campaign development, promotional medical/marketing initiatives

What You'll Do.

helping and managing specific Account Services activities for assigned clients

developing and executing strategies to grow revenue that meets and exceeds assigned objectives

providing guidance to the internal team members through detailed and compelling project briefs

leading internal cross-functional core teams

vendors and clients on the brand strategy

and design of innovative advertising

and digital initiatives

understanding client challenges and leads internal and external core teams to conceptualize

and deliver novel solutions for clients’ needs

assigned client development

and execution of assigned Accounts Services activities

Monitor and manage assigned activities to ensure timely delivery of products and services

Ensure team compliance with client contracts

Oversee assigned program financial management and reporting

Work with other team members to ensure that Synchrony is meeting its goals

Support the development

and selling of high-quality deliverables

Accurately assess and relay client requests

and concerns to the internal team

Ensure alignment of brand strategy to tactical execution

Attend client meetings

and communicate key learnings to team and client

Explain client brand objectives and strategies to the internal team

Monitor industry and therapeutic area and best practices and advances to ensure that Synchrony and our clients are at the cutting edge or leading the field

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Lead cross-functional teams in support of client needs for all Synchrony clients; Foster and develop collaboration between internal teams and external vendors and partners to ensure innovative and collaborative solutions to client needs; Facilitate communication between team members and clients to maintain relationships and effective account management; Resolve conflict and celebrate set clear team priorities and help define success in terms of the whole team; Explain client brand objectives and strategies to the internal team, partners, and vendors

Communication Scope

Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing; presentation and persuasion skills; Can develop a clear point of view and tell a meaningful "story"; is effective in a variety of settings and group sizes with clients, peers, subordinates, and confidently expresses both data/facts, plus more controversial commands attention and can manage group dynamics
