You’ll get to: * Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals & objectives through selling DEWALT PTE, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, PORTERCABLE brands to our key distribution partners * Establish and develop key relationships with your distributor partners by supporting all aspects of their business including marketing, training, program selling, rebate tracking, contest & flyers * Assemble full-year plans to minimally grow the business by double digits over the prior year with top distributors in the market holding annual kick-off meetings followed by mandatory quarterly updates tracking progress and planning future quarter activities * Take the lead in coordinating and communicating mutual objectives, marketing plans, and users targets with MSA & distributors partners * Gain expertise in channel-specific pricing structures and programming **The Person** You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
