Founded in 2012, and now operating in 90+ markets, RTB House has always been private-by-design. It embraces first-party advertising and a relentless approach to innovation. RTB House offers end-to-end Deep Learning-powered AdTech products and solutions to maximize conversion, drive new customer acquisition, create engagement, and fuel long-term demand for a global base of clients. You Will: Own and manage client accounts to ensure both performance and business objectives are achieved Build strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on trust, alignment, and business growth Capable of translating client goals into actionable media strategies across various industries based on data analysis Adhere to company goals related to campaign management, closely monitoring campaign margins and scalability Respond to client requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction Take ownership of account performance, proactively identifying issues and driving improvements Manage and align multiple stakeholders, including clients, Sales, and TAM teams, to ensure smooth execution and expectation alignment Identify growth opportunities for upselling existing clients based on their needs and performance, recommending additional solutions that can enhance their campaigns Report on campaign status regularly to the direct manager, suggesting improvements and optimizations as needed. Provide clear rationale and recommendations, not only reporting campaign status. Manage orders and payment processing, ensuring timely service delivery and proper handling of financial matters Desired Experience: 4–6+ years of experience in digital advertising, media agency, ad tech, or bran
