What You'll Do.
Maintain and retain existing customers
Build long-term relationships
Develop knowledge of company services
Perform contractual re-signs
Respond to cancellation requests
Communicate with customers on pricing
Utilize Salesforce daily
Capture customer emails
Minimize rate restrictions
Minimize customer credits
Increase customer penetration
Sell Republic Services products
Meet with Sales Manager
Review customer retention activities
Review progress versus goals
Review key customer relationships
Partner with operations team
Address customer service issues
Build relationships with company
Increase company visibility
Participate in company activities
Participate in trade shows
Participate in chamber of commerce events
Perform other job-related duties
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partners with the operations team, when needed, to address customer services issues.; Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review weekly customer retention and relationship activities, progress versus goals and status of key customer relationships.
