Act as day-to-day client contact

Provide regular status updates to clients

Respond to client queries

Share recommendations with clients

Manage client expectations on timelines

Take client briefs and clearly communicate to team members

Implement realistic project plans

Manage the day-to-day management of your account

Manage the processes of the account

Run regular internal team meetings

Manage the flow of work

Review content developed by more junior team members

Oversee status reports

Ensure projects are delivered to highest possible standards within budget and agreed timeframes

Develop written content (briefing documents

Review junior team members’ work

Identify areas for growth

Proactively share new ideas with your team and client

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Manage the execution of parallel ongoing projects; Take an active role in coaching your junior team; Ensure projects are delivered effectively alongside the account lead; Clearly communicate client briefs to team members; Review content developed by more junior team members; Delegate tasks to junior team members; Oversee status reports to ensure all team actions are complete; Actively demonstrate an understanding of your clients’ needs and preferences; Gain experience reviewing junior team members’ work; Proactively sharing new ideas with your team and client; Undertake and present research to the pitch team; Facilitate team input via brainstorms/presenting as part of the pitch team; Maintain an awareness of the professional development of more junior team members; Develop your coaching, delegation and briefing skills; Lead by use these approaches to upskill, develop and inspire more junior team members; Buddy new SAA/AM starters; Support your account lead with financial management; Input into the resourcing process by sharing requirements with your account/medical writer lead; Take an active role in reviewing timesheets across some of your projects; Participate in internal initiatives which contribute to the culture or development of the Medical Communications team, or Real Chemistry more broadly; Raise your internal profile by flagging ideas to your teams and wider team
