Must Have

1–3 years experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer-facing roles, Fluency in English required

Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus, Preference for French or German language skills

What You'll Do.

Identify and drive upsell opportunities within existing accounts

Support seat expansion and cross-sell of Proton products

Maintain and manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities

Build relationships with key stakeholders within customer accounts

Run regular check-ins and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Ensure customers are aware of relevant product features and updates

Maintain accurate account records in CRM (HubSpot)

Track account activity

and growth opportunities

Collaborate with senior team members on account strategy
